INJURED DRIVER FILES COMPLAINT AGAINST TRUCKING COMPANY FOR NEGLIGENCE RELATED TO TRUCKING COLLISION IN BRIDGEPORT, WEST VIRGINIA

Simmerman Law Office, PLLC recently filed a Complaint against a trucking company in Harrison County, West Virginia on behalf of an injured motor vehicle driving alleging that the commercial trucking company was negligent insofar as the trucking company failed to maintain trucking equipment in proper condition, insofar as the trucking company failed to complain with Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, and further as the trucking company failed to property load/secure the trailer bed of the truck thereby causing direct and substantial injuries to the Plaintiff.

According to the Complaint, the Plaintiff requests a trial by jury. The Plaintiff seeks judgment against the trucking company for economic damages such as past and future medical expenses, for non-economic damages such as past and future pain, and the Plaintiff also seeks punitive damages.
