HARRISON COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA SURFACE OWNER FILES COMPLAINT AGAINST HG ENERGY II APPALACHIA, LLC, HG ENERGY, LLC AND OTHERS FOR TRESPASS, TORTIOUS INTERFERENCE, CONVERSION, CONSTRUCTIVE FRAUD AND SLANDER OF TITLE

Simmerman Law Office, PLLC recently filed a Complaint against HG Energy II Appalachia, LLC, HG Energy LLC, and others, related to oil and natural gas mineral assets, pipeline developments and interests in Harrison County West Virginia, alleging that HG Energy, and others, improperly trespassed and converted a surface estate in Harrison County, West Virginia, and committed acts and omissions amounting to constructive fraud, conversion and tortious interference.

According to the Complaint, the Plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks to eject HG Energy from the property. The Plaintiff also seeks judgment against the HG entities for compensatory damages, and also seeks punitive damages from the HG Energy entities for their alleged acts/omissions.
