Simmerman Law Office, PLLC recently filed a Complaint against Antero Resources Corporation and Antero Resources Appalachian Corporation related to oil and natural gas mineral assets and interests in Harrison County and Doddridge County, West Virginia, alleging that the Antero entities improperly converted the Plaintiff’s oil and gas estates and assets for Antero Resources Corporation’s economic benefits.
