Block, recently filed a pleading on behalf of the Big East Conference against West Virginia University alleging that West Virginia University breached its obligations under the Big East Conference bylaws and regulations, in relation to West Virginia University’s allegedly untimely and improper attempt to leave the Big East Conference.
