Simmerman Law Office, PLLC filed a lawsuit in the Circuit Court of Harrison County, West Virginia against a Clarksburg, West Virginia nursing home and rehabilitation center related to allegedly negligent care of an elderly woman – negligent care allegedly causing the death of a nursing home resident due to a delay in diagnosis and treatment. 

According to a recent press release, Simmerman Law Office, PLLC is scheduled to argue various issues concerning the enforceability of the arbitration clause contained in the nursing home and rehabilitation center admission packet before the West Virginia Supreme Court.
